Although I'd personally be happy to see Burke President of Hockey Ops I'm not sure I'd say Burke gets a free pass on all his trades.
Regardless of stats I'd take Seguin Hamilton and Boston wins that trade over Kessel Toronto.
However, if we look strictly at overall trades as we can't win them all or loose them all Burke typically comes out ahead rather than not on trades.
Just have the hockey operations department work as a team for crying out loud is all I'd hope for if it means a Stanley Cup. I don't care if Burke is hired to do magic tricks over the noon hour for the owners so they leave the hockey operations department alone. Whatever, needs to happen make it happen.
