2009-10 Montreal Canadiens off the top of my head comes to mind. They had 11 players under 6 feet tall, and their real only physical guys on that team were Hal Gill and Laraque. No one on that team really screamed "agressive play" either, with guys like Cammalleri, Plekanec, Gomez, M-A Bergeron leading the team in scoring.

They somehow made it to the conference finals by playing a skilled game and taking advantage on the powerplay.
