holy ancient bump by FlamesKickAss...needless to say my quote no longer applies today. I bought my 1st condo for $99Gs in 2002, sold it in 2004 for $150 and moved across the street, this one already appreciated +40% as we speak. What I paid for my first condo wouldn't buy you a half a trailer in Forest Lawn today.
