I believe he said he did not want to do a burn it to the ground style rebuild, which I don't believe anyone wants. As many have said, a re-tool, if done
properly (key word) can be effective, and in my opinion, more effective than a blow it up re-build. We have a good middle-aged group, we need to ship out the older, for younger/picks, and we
should (again, key word) be fine.
