I can't recall to be honest if Chinook used their own employees when I was dealing with them. I am speaking to the policy/proceedures in place.
Cadillac Fairview owns (or did own) both Chinook and Market Mall. The two places were run completely different when it came to security. Chinook was well run, Market Mall....well that is another story.
