If the other company trademarked the name before the website was purchased there is little to no possibility Silver will end up keeping those address if it went to court.
Domain squatting, refers to “bad faith registration of a domain name containing another person’s brand or trademark in a domain name. And yes Canadian law is close to American law when it comes to Cybersquatting.
Now days you don't get away with this if its a company or product name.
