Nearly every inch of that mall is under CCTV. You can barely take a crap without someone watching you.

I am very interested to know some of the background.

I also love the "rent-a-cop" comments. I have dealt with many different security set ups in Calgary and Red Deer. Chinook is far and away the most professional set up I have come across.
