I think this was too aggressive.

However, I'm sure he was doing something to deserve at least some sort of special treatment.

Either way, I hope the security guards have charges against them and this is a lesson to rent-a-cops with too much testosterone everywhere!

edit: if the guy did have some scissors out in a threatening manner, then he got what he deserved!
