I once received a ticket for parking in an accessible parking stall, at Chinook Mall, because my placard registration number didn't match my licence plate number. I had some news for them, the placard is registered separately then the car, no one (in Alberta AFAIK) has a matching placard and license plate number. Why wasn't every other car using the accessible parking ticketed for the same thing? Idiots.
