Thanks. The guys my age still running are usually fanatics. I was 5495 out of 22,977 full marathon Finishers and 275 out of roughly 875 males in my age group. I wasn't as tired as I should been at the end so I know I ran too conservatively. Walked a few miles round trip to Venice after the race. There were thousands of relay people on the course too, which was actually very hilly and challenging. In all seriousness, you were down ten minutes in the opening three km because of the crowd trying to figure itself out. Lots of fun though. Lots of costumes while the spectators and volunteers were amazing. Great experience. I'd recommend it.
At LAX right now, a little sore, heading to KON. There's an 8 km race in Waikola next weekend I might sign up for.
