Irsay tweeted that Indy is close to a deal with someone that they have been working on for 5 days and said it was a WR. Rumors are that it could be an RFA like Victor Cruz or Emmanuel Sanders. Heyward-Bey and Moss have also been mentioned but with how Irsay made it exciting, it shouldn't be those 2.
Really hoping it's Victor Cruz and the Giants don't match. That would be awesome!
