I think you might even have to look at Miami getting one if they win the ACC. Say Miami, Kansas, Louisville, Florida all lose and New Mexico wins then they might even get one. I may be a homer but Dukes record is better than all those teams even if Muami wins. Duke already beat Louisville as well and a 7 loss Kansas team shouldn't be ahead of them.
