Rangers and Islanders will not like that at all. Rangers and Islanders should be playing against Flyers and Penguins, as well Captials as much as possible.
At first I didn't get why the Florida teams would be so separated from division since travel is a big part of this realignment, but now it makes complete sense, and travel wise it doesn't make much of a difference at all for Florida. Whether they're in the Canadian division, or Atlantic American division, travel would be about the same, and they have no deep history with any teams.
