A tough question. I have the impression that CHL games feature higher scoring, so a high save percentage might be harder to achieve. On the other hand, the players in college hockey are older (maybe with better hockey smarts) than CHL players. And, IIRC, when junior teams play college teams, they usually lose - most recent example was the national junior team losing to a Canadian college team. I would lean toward the CHL goalies having a harder time putting up good numbers.
