They can be discussed but no conclusions can be drawn without comparing it to other professions. The question that is very important that this study doesnt answer is is 30% a number specific to teaching or do other professions share similar numbers. If the number is specific to teaching we need to look at first who are choosing to become teachers and a better way of selecting who gets in and hired and then need to look at working conditions. If the 30% is a general issue in society then we need to look at how as a society looks at their jobs.
Throwing out the 30% number and saying it is a reason that teaching isnt an easy or desireable job is drawing a false conclusion from the data.
