I was wondering also if maybe Feaster has been hounding the phones a lot but just cannot break through on a deal and has hit a wall. maybe thats the problem as well. Just can't get a deal good enough to pull the trigger. Partly because he may feel like he is dancing on eggshells when it comes to dealing the core. Values are set too high in house?
