Again, how is that going to change anything unless there's a clear sign that there's a philosophical shift above him as well? I don't care if you bring in Lou Lamoriello, if the mandate by the owners is to win-now at all costs, things won't change much.
Besides, without a sign that things are changing up top, what self-respecting GM would want to come into this situation?
