That isn't re-tooling that is shuffling the deck chairs.
Moving out crap and bringing in different crap is exactly what has killed this team over the years. Meh guys like Hudler, Cerevenka, Wideman and the parade of garbage from Abbotsford is exactly what this team doesn't need.
