If Italy wins, they are first.
Then if USA beats Canada tomorrow, Canada, USA and Mexico will all be 1-2.
Canada will have beaten Mexico, Mexico will have beaten the USA, and the USA will have beaten Canada. Head-to-head solves nothing. So they then go with run-difference tiebreakers, so the USA will need to beat Canada by a bit of a margin to end up winning the tiebreakers between the teams.
