Virgin pay as you go is an awesome deal for a lot of people, even iPhone users like my wife.

She pays $100 for 25c minute calling and text, and auto deduction of $10/month for 100mb data. Plus if there is leftover balance after 1 year it rolls over. Plus she gets call display and voicemail.

We worked her out as $12-15/month for her iPhone with data plan. Only drawback is she can't roam in the US but she has an unlocked iPhone so she pops a AT&T SIM in.
