Oh look its this garbage again. All youth and no vets makes you the Oilers. You need a balance of both as well as a balance between winning and development.
Plus what evidence do you have that Ward doesn't teach development? There's plenty of little articles that mention how well the Flames AHL coaches are doing in that regard.
