Had they done those things, they would have most assuredly been better than they are now, but that requires having a plan and executing it. It seems like the only plan in place right now is draft the best player available in the draft and hope that everything magically comes together on the ice. How their management team has not been completely gutted is beyond me. That's the real blow-it-up that needs to occur.

They can't even do that right
