I doubt the teachers will be paid more for the added responsibilty of being armed guards in the classroom. Also, there will probably be additional courses and a screening process (we don't want just anyone strapped with a pistol in our childs classroom). Look at how much screening and courses you need to be a coach now days. Add guns to the mix. Seems like a big headache considering the odds.
