Default Netgear NAS help - can't login - fixed

Wondering if anyone else ran into this problem.

New Netgear Duo, brand new install. I run the setup and build the array. Once the array is done I click on setup again which is supposed to open the browser to get to the setup screens. Browser will attempt to open an https IP. There is no certificate but I setup an exception. After I setup the exception I get a popup window to login. After I type in the default user and pass I just get the login popup again and again. I've done a factory reset on it just in case but same issue.

Anyone else have one of these, have the same problem, and resolve it?
