I can't speak to the XM part of this, but the Sirius comparison is right on the money. It almost seems geared towards somebody who will be flipping channels all the time. Me staying on the 80's channel, I know if I'm late for work or not depending on where I am on McLeod when "Mony, Mony" comes on.
