I'm in the minority and I actually enjoyed the 2nd Matrix movie. Yes some parts were overdone (stupid rave scene!) and the architecht scene was made just so audiences would be saying "WTF?" after the movie, but I did like most of the action in it.
I saw the 3rd one mainly to see how they'd end it; I had unfortunately read a great theory about how it should end - that Neo, Morpheus, etc were all actually machines in a matrix in a matrix... really cool stuff.
The actual 3rd movie was a huge disappointment for me however - the fighting on the dock scene was so boring to me - seriously if all I want to see is thousands of things flying at someone shooting them out of the air, I'll go sit down and play some of the tougher levels in Halo. And the whole Jesus theme got annoying too.
