I just noticed a whole pile of friend requests in my Origin client. You know how I noticed them? By clicking on the little head-shaped silhouette icon that said "0" in the top-right corner of the client. Nice notification system, EA.
Anyway... I accepted them all. Hopefully none of them were from Chinese gold spammers.
