Hit the nail on the head. Ottawa had draftees ready to step in to the lineup so they did partial teardown with the unintended consequence of making playoffs. We don't have much on the farm that can step in however we may pleasantly surprised with the results if we move these long term stalwarts.
People in general are afraid of change. But change is a part of life and you can either manage change or let change happen. Can you tell I'm the son of a PhD?
I do hope Feaster does look at the Ottawa experience as a way to renew the franchise however ownerships mandate may prevent that from happening, even though the resulting culture change from trading vets may push the team into the playoffs as has been done before.
Not to mention we have been winning without Kipper. House hasn't exactly fallen apart.
