bah I fail as an Asian, my math is wrong, tiebreaker is just games between the 3 teams, games against Australia don't count.
So currently
Holland: (4+3/8+9) - (0+5/9+8) = 0.4118 - 0.2941 = 0.1377
This is fixed and cannot change, even if they beat Australia by 100
Taiwan: (5/8) - (3/9) = 0.6250 - .3333 = 0.2917
Korea: (0/9) - (4/8) = 0 - 0.5 = -0.5
I believe if Netherlands wins, Korea needs to win by 4 Earned runs.
For example Korea wins 4-0 (all earned runs)
Taiwan: (5+0/8+9) - (3+3/9+9) = 0.2941 - 0.3333 = -0.0392
Korea (0+4/9+8) - (4+0/8+9) = 0.2352 - 0.2352 = 0.0000
