There are no untouchables on this 14th place team, except mabe Sven if we truely believe he's got the ability to be an elite forward in the future. Players that may look like decent NHLers in the future should not be "untouchable".

Actually now that I think about it you're right.
This team has zero foundation in place for a good team. In no position can we say "well, atleast we're good in ______ for the next few years"...
This team needs upgrades across the board and none of our prospects look like they're going to step up to the plate any time soon (maybe backlund if he can get back to pre-injury form).
The more I think about it, the scarier it gets.
EDIT: Okay, we have a lot of decent second liners....
