Oh it's not a huge deal at all, but I don't like that direction. I feel like it'll lead to things like for $5, you can buy a building pack, which includes super high-end residential/commericial/industrial buildings that generate tons of income for no garbage/sewage/power. Knowing EA, who wants to generate revenue more than making good games, it's not that far fetched.
