That said, I'm glad the flames brought a more nuclear option. I think after Jackman got his lip busted open on his first and only fight of the season, he's been hesitant to fight. Problem is he hasn't done much else to stay in the line up. He has scored an important goal, but he didn't get mixed up in the game, make hits, or go after guys after our goalies were run. And the opposition weren't afraid he would. That's why mcgratton was a good pickup.
Make no mistake about it people, he was a win now pickup. Not win in the future!

Bouma is a gamer, and he will stick up for his team mates, but most time he gets his arse kicked, Jackman is more of a pocket heavyweight he really keeps nobody on the other side honest.
McGratton is extremely team loyal, he showed that in 2009, and he is a true heavyweight who can play the game within his role.
