10 years ago, we designed our own, thanks to a blatant rip off from a friend's idea, who saw it and another wedding, and, CP's own Reggie Dunlop providing the graphic art. Used MS Word, or Powerpoint to design as it was pretty simple.
Went to West Canadian Color (local printer) to get the printed on heavier paper stock.
They were designed as hockey tickets, with the wife being a former, and long since converted, casual Canuck fan.
Also did our own wedding program, again just on Word...easy enough to do something nice and elegant, and print it on some special paper.
