If they can get access to the online ticket manager, you can send them by email, but they'd have to have access to the corporate account.
That said your best bet is talking to someone at the ticket office and then heading down early to deal directly with them.

Barring that, last ditch is to get them to scan it, and print off the barcode yourself and hope for the best!
