The only way he doesn't deserve the axe is if he finally does what's needed to be done and burn this thing to the ground. If he moves out Iggy, Bouw, Kipper and Gio at the deadline, he will have shown he understands what the franchise needs.
It's to the point that if this team does not rebuild, it will not be worth spending as much time, effort and money following them as I do.
