Yes and i know with some its not about moralities its about civil liberties.

What about murder, manslaughter, aggravated assault, sexual assault, impaired driving causing death, etc? These offences are all at least as, if not far more, morally blameworthy than possession of child pornography? Shall we throw away the Charter on the mere whiff of baseless suspicion of any of these offences as well?
