Our biggest roster weakness is lack of elite talent down the middle, and Feaster has tried repeatedly to fix it, at least three times now that we know of. (Richards, Cervenka, O'Reilly)
It's nearly an impossible problem to fix, without drafting and developing the solution and that takes time......more than two years anyways.

I don't disagree with you, but you got to think if the flames are in the bottom 7 that someone will have to pay.
If ownership changes there mandate they are basically saying they were wrong. I don't see them owning up to that. Nor do i think they want to change the mandate.
They can't fire a coach again, not this soon.
I don't see ownership going to Iggy to tell him to lift his NMC.
They are not going to fire the goose that lays them gold business wise (Ken King)
The only one that is left is Feaster. Feaster accepted the challenge and spent a lot of their money doing it. I could see him being the fall guy.
