A city councillor says he will lodge a complaint with the integrity commissioner, if someone else doesn’t, following revelations that Rob Ford appears to still be asking registered lobbyists to donate to his private football foundation.

The practice, which formed part of a court case that almost cost the mayor his job, came under fire back in 2010, when then-city councillor Rob Ford sought and obtained donations to his charity from lobbyists under his official letterhead.
