This proposal first surfaced almost 3 years ago, went dark and is back again.
Just my opinion that it is a long shot to actually happen. Would be cool if it did though.

The article posted here:
http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showpos...0&postcount=64 says Shaw is taking 12 floors in 3 Eau Claire, plus naming rights. I'd have to think that increases the odds of this project going ahead, as that would be an extremely bankable lease for the developer to borrow against.
