Yep, I like to incorporate both weight lifting and cardio in my workout routine. I find it's smarter to lift weights first then do your cardio. This way you preserve your muscle glycogen for the heavy lifts and allows for you to go to failure, thus more gains. I find a lot of people at the gym do cardio first then weight lifting which is ineffective if you want to progress more efficiently in lifting more weights.
