Just fly. You're driving about 1000kms each way which won't be cheap on gas regardless if you have a efficient car. The trip will put 2000kms on your vehicle which depreciates it and puts you closer to your next maintenance.
You're also going in March where weather conditions could still exist enough to slow down your drive or possibly even cancel it if conditions are bad enough. You're also likely buying extra meals if you're on the road all day instead of just flying in at night to arrive at the same time.
For $400 return, it's totally not worth the hassle, unless you needed your car to drive around Vancouver for a week or something.
