Tudor is a brand owned by Rolex. I am not too familiar with them, but my understanding is that the older models used some Rolex parts. As far as I am aware, they no longer use Rolex parts.

From what I have seen of their last few years releases, they are distancing themselves slightly from Rolex to be a legitimate brand of their own.
