I’m not the Blake Comeau basher that many on this site have become. I like his physical brand of hockey and he has good speed. I will admit though, that he struggles on a line with offensive players because too many plays die on his stick, and that was obvious again tonight in playing with Hudler and Baertschi.

I like him too as a checker. He reminds me a little of Yelle who didn't put up much in the way of offence either but was a huge contributor. We just have to change our expectations of him. I just wish he or someone could turn into a faceoff dynamo although he was our best at 4/7 for 57% last night. Cammallari did well too at 9/16 and 56% but overall we sucked at 43%.
