I'm responding to "great", not "decent". A 670 will be great today and decent in a few years. A 660 is "decent" to "good" today and likely not too decent in 3 years.
Again, it's highly subjective, perhaps 30fps at medium settings running 1920x1080 is a "great" experience for some. It's certainly not for me, so my interpretation will be different than yours or HP's.
