Montreal is better on paper than the Flames. Price, Markov, Subban, Pacioretty, Galchenyuk, and Plekanec is a significantly stronger core than Kipper, Bouwmeester, Wideman, Iginla, Cammaleri, and Tanguay. And most of those guys are under 27, so they're only going to get better.
