I think Giordano would have the most value. He has the best contract by far and teams probably recognize that his mediocre play this year is due to an increased role.
Bouwmeester and Iginla would probably draw interest from a lot of teams if management decides to move them. Glencross isn't going anywhere, Tanguay probably wouldn't draw much interest if any, and Kipper's injury increases the chance that he stays/retires next season.
It's still a question of whether the Flames decide to retool or not. Ownership truly is 100 percent commited to winning now, but they are quickly becoming the only people that feel that way.
If I had my way the Flames would move:
1. Comeau and Jones.... for anything
2. One of Butler/Babchuk for a pick
3. One or two of JBo/Iggy/Gio/Kipper for the best return offered
Then go aggresively after the best college FA's, continue drafting the way they have been, and throw some money around in free agency.
