I don't want to say the prosecution is on the take here, but they certainly did not have a banner day. I'd say Pistorius odds of walking are at least 50/50 and maybe even more. Just like OJ and Casey, the poorly presented case could let the murderer get away with it. Long way to go for sure, but it was a show of ineptness that is not good.
