You're doing a pretty good job of it yourself. The suggestion that the blurry video doesn't show clearly enough that these two meatheads slammed a handcuffed woman into the ground is a perfect example. We can obviously all see that's what is happening in the video, but now, with a little bit of spin applied, some impressionable or stupid people might actually believe the video is not showing her getting slammed into the ground while she is handcuffed in the parking lot of the taco shop.
Her sundress is irrelevant, I agree there.
