This core is just way too old. Instead of attacking the net and attacking the opposition with speed, they all like to slow the play down because they are no longer capable of going hard anymore.
I found it funny that Tanguay was praising Brodie net drive for the OT goal against Columbus and saying how important that it, well then maybe more of the Flames forwards should be doing that instead of slowing the play down and using drop passes everywhere.
It's crazy that the one guy who understands the importance of a net drive is a young defenceman.
