I'd way rather have a 2011 with 60,000km on it than a 2008 with 40,000km. That means it's probably a lot of highway, where as low milage vehicles mean lots of short trips. My car only sees about 10,000/year, but about 7,000 of that are bad kilometres, super short trips, lots of starts on the engine, oil not getting to full temperature, all sorts of things that are bad for cars. Low milage isn't always a good thing.
